For the past 20 years, Craig B. Clayton Sr. - Founder and Chairman of the Spartacus Group has been a gifted professional speaker. He has traveled to over 15 countries and spoken before Government Ministers, officials, and business executives in Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Taiwan, Jamaica, The Dominican Republic, The Philippines, Aruba and in over 25 States in the United States.
He has trained, taught, coached and presented to thousands of executives, managers and individual contributors who have gained tremendous insights from his presentations and discussions. He has interviewed on radio, print and television stations including CBS, NBC & Fox Affiliates.
He is currently the Director and Diversity Strategist with the University of Houston's Bauer College of Business's International Institute for Diversity & Cross-Cultural Management. He is also the founder of the Greater Houston Diversity Coalition and the Center for Diversity Research. He has spoken at dozens of corporate dinners, lunch and learns and company functions.
